The Right to the City campaign is a loose collective of volunteer residents who work together to advocate around issues such as housing affordability, public space and sustainable development.
We ultimately want to see a just city. A Brisbane that is built for the needs of people rather than the profit margins of multinational development corporations.
If you'd like to get involved, fill out the form below.
The boxes you can tick are some of the key campaigns we are currently working on. If you are signing up to get involved with a particular campaign you are passionate about please tick the corresponding box. If you are just generally interested in getting involved with Right to the City, or aren't sure which box to tick, that's okay too, just leave them un-ticked.
It would be awesome if you could provide a little bit of info about your skills, interests, areas of knowledge etc. in the comments box. Musicians, painters, organizers, people-persons, thinkers, writers, performers, builders, gardeners, avid-cyclists, graphic designers, web designers, rusted-on activists, parents, teachers, town planners, event organizers, cooks, facilitators, students, academics.... All skills can be put to use!
